These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of toddlersclubs.com (the "Site"), operated by Toddlers Club ("Toddlers Club", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Products sold are intended for use by children under adult supervision as described in each product's usage instructions.

2. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice
• Product images are for illustration; actual color/packaging may vary slightly
• In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid

3. Orders

Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email/SMS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payments

We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout (cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available). Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. Cash on Delivery orders may be subject to a handling fee, shown at checkout.

7. Product Safety & Use

Ride-on toys, wiggle cars, and similar products should always be used under adult supervision and in accordance with the age recommendations and safety instructions provided with the product. Toddlers Club is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse or use outside the recommended age range.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Toddlers Club name, logo, product photography, and written content — is owned by or licensed to Toddlers Club and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toddlers Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morbi, Gujarat.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
